Remove/dispose of hot tub

I have a 7x6x26" hot tub I need removed. It is an old "portable" (i.e., not built in) with wood frame and fiberglass shell. Located in back yard, will need to be hauled/trucked about 40 ft to front yard gate. Can drive truck onto front lawn for easy loading. When we brought it in, it was with a flatbed dolly. Ground is pretty level, wasn't a difficult move in. I'm looking to pay $200 all in to have it removed. Probably a 2 or 3 person job.
