LCOA, a manufacturing company in Lake Forest, is currently seeking a Production Operator to work with our engineering and manufacturing team to support daily manufacturing activities. We are looking for someone who is a motivated team player with a great attitude. If you possess the required experience, a strong can-do attitude, have a knack for accuracy and efficiency and work great within a team environment, we’d like to meet you! What you’ll do each day: -Pulling, packaging, shipping and receiving material accurately and efficiently -Stack and lift large sheets of material -Monitor and inspect material for quality issues -Notify Manager of any quality issues immediately -Load and unload material in and out of hot press -Sort, stack and count material -Follow all safety policies/procedures -Move material to next production station -Maintain a safe and clean work environment -Work within a team to complete daily production goals -Complete the proper transactions for each MO or job -Label material with correct descriptions -Meet or exceed customer’s specifications as outlined on the manufacturing order -Make’s sure the job and materials are of good quality -Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by his or her supervisors Our wish list: -Computer literate and knowledge of machinery and/or tools -Be able to work with manufacturing personnel to maintain product quality and consistent output -Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs -Ability to work standing for entire shift and to make repetitive movements -Must be able to work in a team environment -Ability to keep pace with work environment while focusing on product quality -Must be eighteen years of age and possess a HS Diploma or GED We offer competitive pay based on your experience and a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K with employer match, Paid Time Off, Holiday pay, fun company events and a great team to work with!
