JOB Posting: Technician Position / HVAC – training provided! JOB POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Technician Synergy Companies is an energy efficiency contractor that is partnered with PG&E, SDGE, SCE, SCG and APU. We sign up residential and commercial customers to participate in utility rebate/no-cost programs installing energy efficient light bulbs, light fixtures, weather-stripping, shower heads, water heater blankets, HVAC services and much more. We are looking for energetic individuals who are interested in HVAC/Energy efficiency installations. We have immediate positions available. We are looking for trustworthy and hardworking individuals to join the Synergy team. TECHNICIAN Requirements: • Monday through Friday, full-time work • Must be able to lift 50 lbs • Clean driving record • Must possess valid driver’s license TECHNICIAN Responsibilities: • Work directly with customers and install energy efficiency products in customers home/business • Provide clear communication to the customer about the installation & what to expect • Provide top notch customer satisfaction, quality of work, and safe work space • Services may include HVAC installations, Duct test and seals, thermostats & more • Enter data correctly and thoroughly into laptop/ipad EDUCATION: • High School Diploma or GED certificate EXPERIENCE: • Entry Level – training provided • HVAC experience preferred • Electrical experience preferred • Must be adept at using power tools/light construction BENEFITS: • Cell phone allowance • Company vehicle / gas card (drive vehicle home) • Health insurance • Dental (buy in) • 401k plan after 1 year of employment COMPENSATION: Technicians earn between $40k - 80k Submit your resume through the reply link above
