We are currently interviewing for our Free Home and Office Pick up and Delivery service for The pay for this position starts off at $11 per hour plus an escalating commission of 3% over $3,000 weekly sales 4% over $4,000 weekly sales 5% over $5,000 weekly sales A Valid, Clean Florida Drivers License is required for this position. A vehicle and insurance is supplied. HOME DELIVERY ROUTE DRIVER- FULL TIME Quality Plus Cleaners, Tampa Bay’s 'Eco Friendly' Dry Cleaning and Laundry Company, seeks a 'hands on Home Delivery - Route Driver for the Tampa bay area. Quality Plus Cleaners is seeking an honest, self-motivated, energetic team minded individual looking to make a difference and add value to the company. In turn, you will be rewarded financially and with expanded career opportunities within our organization. ****No dry cleaning or laundry industry experience needed**** $11 an hour plus escalating percentage commission Job Duties: * Using work van to provide pick-up and delivery service to our customers in the Tampa Bay area (reporting daily to our Racetrack Rd location for all loading and unloading) * Home Pick-up & Delivery entails organizing orders to be transported to customer’s homes in proper order. Loading & unloading of orders, picking up orders and transporting back to our main plant facility * Loads & unloads van with orders, scanning orders into computer system, placing and securing items/orders to be delivered in vehicle * Maintain schedule of daily pickup & delivery to customers, establishing route, operating the truck; unloading items *Develop and grow route sales by properly recognizing customer needs and providing additional service recommendations. * Quickly resolves any problems or customer complaints when or if they arise. *Operates and maintains a clean company van, maintains customer order delivery records. * Develops route sales by acquiring new customers, recommending additional services to existing customers, recommending changes and new products, calling on potential customers. * Prepares truck for operation by inspecting general condition; checking fluid levels and tire pressure; obtaining or scheduling required repairs; validating adherence to road ability standards. * Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations; cleans truck exterior and interior. * Maintains truck operating efficiency by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; scheduling repairs with management. * Strives to maintain a customer-first attitude, committed to delivering world class customer service. * Contributes to a positive “can do” team environment * Demonstrates the highest level of honesty and integrity in every decision * Nurtures the quality values of Quality Plus Cleaners Skills/Qualifications: Must be extremely outgoing with a positive personality Must enjoy working with the public and like to smile Ability to deliver excellent customer service Must be a Team Player Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations Must have strong interpersonal skills Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills mandatory Must be a self-motivated achiever with effective problem-solving skills. Requirements: * Able to drive a cargo van * Clean DMV record. Please provide DVM printout at time of application Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Must be a Local resident. Able to follow directions and keep to a schedule. Work well with very little supervision and very disciplined Physically fit able to lift 10 to 30 lb. orders repeatedly Thank you!
