With recent business growth and customer demand, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage our 8+ crews per day on residential projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's (Preferred, however experience means more) Construction Experience: 5+ years (Preferred) Project Management: 5+ years (Preferred) General Sales: 2+ years (Helpful in position) Owner & Insured Pickup Truck (Helpful in position) Full Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager (With Sales Experience) who will take on the management of coordinating client projects schedule and labor. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. Main focus on Residential, secondary focus on Commercial projects. Job Description: Construction project managers control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects for residential and commercial projects. They plan and coordinate many aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors, working with in-house crews and vendors. Duties: Determining the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines. The delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites also might be issues that must be addressed initially. As a project continues, project managers typically confer with supervisors or other managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. Because they must ensure that a project is completed according to schedule, managers must resolve problems that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays before they happen. Project Manager’s Responsibilities: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all crews Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/subcontractors Select appropriate construction methods and strategies Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite Requirements: -Higher than average work ethic -Strong drive and resilience -High activity levels -Accountability for performance -Be able to work independently while taking direction from management -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines. -Proven working experience in project management -Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience -Professionalism, diplomacy, and tact to portray Company in a positive manner Job Type: Full-time (Plus Saturdays) Pay: $50,000.00 (+ bonus potential of $90,000.00 per year) Monday to Friday 7am-Day is done Saturday 7am-Day is done Locations: Main Office 7420 N Shadeland Avenue Indianapolis, IN (Appointments and job-sites range all over the Indianapolis area) Company's Website: Company's Facebook page: Research us: SHANE C.
