Must have your own reliable transportation or be willing to carpool and a phone to view scheduled tasks daily. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Tasks: Applicants should be comfortable with lifting up to 30 lbs. and walking and standing for extended periods of time. Maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms, and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Making beds and fluffing pillows. Folding clean laundry. Requirements: Experience cleaning professionally (PREFERRED) Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods. Polite disposition. Ability to maintain a positive attitude. Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces. Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.
