I am looking for one or two roofers who wish to work for cash money directly to him/her/them as extra side money without the boss or middle man contractors taking their cut of the piece of the pie. Here is my what I wish to get done. I have a old old two story barn with a very high pitch that currently has decaying cider shake roof on it. I would like to have some corrugated sheet metal laid over top of it to keep the rain water out of my hayloft and barn at large. This can be used or new metal roofing materials. I am willing to pay a fair competitive fee for your services labor and materials. Also should a lift be needed I will pay the rental charges etc. I don’t want to spend as much money as it would cost me to build a new barn but I don’t expect to pay below competitive wage not union or prevailing wage but a good salary to get the job done and it will be paid directly to you without a middle man ripping us off for their cut.
