Hello, I have a small, male 2 year old, neutered Chihuahua mix in need of adoption. Maxx came to me as a rescue about six months ago. He was very scared of other dogs, people, cars, bikes, and pretty much anything else that moved or made noise. He's come a long way and is very friendly now, but he needs to be in a home with another dog or cat, or with someone who is home a lot more than I'm able to be. Maxx gets pretty bad separation anxiety and barks quite a bit if left alone for more than an hour or so. I've been using a bark collar and that seems to be working, but I'm also back to working full-time again and need to be away from the house longer than before, so I feel bad for Maxx having to be alone more now. My landlord has issued me an ultimatum and unfortunately, I'm just not able to accommodate Maxx any longer. He's great with kids, enjoys playing fetch and going for runs and is very affectionate. Please help me find a good home for him. I'm asking for a $100 adoption fee. Thank you very much.
