Description of thief: 17-27 year old man wearing Adidas shoes, dark pants, blue underwear, no shirt, with dark fitted hat with light colored brim and light colored circular logo on front. Time of theft: 1:35pm PST Location of theft: Matinal Circle, San Diego, 92127 Items stolen: (1) one of a kind black bear skull with gold teeth, red and black cranium, gold flakes, and crystals, (2) 2 rolls of Scotch Painter's Tape 2025-48EP Scotch General Use Masking Tape, 1.88" Width, and (3) Plasti Dip Rim Kit: 4 Aerosol Cans Black, 2 Aerosol Cans Glossifier
