Back in 2019 we lost our home of 35 years To a banking scam (too much to go into here) any way a never heard of bank with fake documents was able to convince a Clackamas County judge. To let them auction our home in which we had from $ 275,000.00 to $ 285,000.00 equity after 35 years in our home. They were granted summary judgement even after i pleaded with the judge to examine the mortgage documents, because they were not truthful. Instead he put the banks lawyer in charge of that job. And we lost our house right there. Please know i am not looking for any sympathy, We are way past that. But what i do want help with is way more important to me and my family. Its our family photos. We were not treated very good by Clackamas County,There is some bad feelings there. We were removed from our house by total surprise that day. Not allowed to grab even a pair of under wear, Again im not trying to collect sympathy I need to state these things so you will understand if you could help me or not. We were given a phone number to call and try to make arrangement's to recover our things, 35 years of my and my families lives. Its hard to not go off on the way things happened to us. This is not the place. And for you haters who will flag this. Good for You... I know finding our photographs and heirlooms is near impossible, But the feeling will not go away It eats at my heart everyday gets worse. those are the only memories we have of our family and our kids and our pets our holidays,vacations our lives. You might wonder why we never got our stuff. we were finally after 5 months given 2 hours of supervised time in our home we spent that time packing as much as we could planning to be allowed to return as was told to us. We never did get back in our house to get anything. The one phone number we had is long ago shut down. So im shooting in the dark hoping someone who works in cleaning foreclosures or flipping houses might possibly know what became of our stuff. Our Home was in the Island Station Neighborhood On s.e. 20th. ave, in Milwaukie right along the river (go figure ) Im not giving exact address out of respect of new owners. Its not their fault, We left our home in Oct. of 2019 any info at all. We do not even have a company name of who that number belong too. sorry for the long rag.Any info please respond to this ad.thx
