Dog In Need Of LOVE & A New Start!!

Im hoping to help aid this 1 year old dog named " Bullet" from a life of neglect on a chain tied up to a friends backyard. My friend does feed him & keep him on heartworm meds & ect however this friend has 5 other dogs that are allowed in the home at night & also loved. Bullet stays outside tied up to the tree because on occassion he has not minded & gotten into my friends chicken coop killing all or most od the chickens & he does this repeatedly. I am an advocate for animals & this type of care & life is not fair in my opinion for any living thing especially a one year old dog that may be a fantastic addition to another persons life& home without chickens? Are you able to help in finding Bullet a new home please or direct me with another animal rescue that may? I appreciate your time & look forward in your response. The owners are in agreement with me assisting in helping find him a new home. Best Regards, Elena
