Seeking Piano Technician for 1870s Square Grand

I am seeking a piano technician to help bring an 1870's Chickering Square Grand piano back to life. Currently all the keys sound with very few mechanical issues with the keys. There are two keys that rub when played. From my very amateur eyes below is what I know will need to be done. I have a detailed video of the piano that I can send if requested. -Pedals need to be attached (the pedals are present, but the metal rods are no longer with the piano). The unit is not securely attached -Restringing the piano, replacing the tuning pins, action adjustment References and/or reviews requested.
