Stock / Sales Associate Inventory Management • Maintain product levels in ALL areas (using set guidelines). Check beer fridge, case stacks, shelves and wine racks throughout the shop. • Receive vendor shipments downstairs (using set guidelines). • Keep downstairs warehouse facility clean, safe and organized with utmost precision. Visual Merchandising • Display products to optimize their visual appeal. • Properly decipher product categories and sections by style, varietal, region, vintage, etc. Customer Service / Product Knowledge • Politely assist customers when they desire help. • Answer phones and take phone orders. Point-of-Sales • Ring up customers with efficiency. • Scan customers loyalty card and lookup purchase history. Cleaning • Breakdown and tie-up cardboard, daily. • Take out trash every Wednesday and Sunday night. • Take out recyclables every Thursday night.
