We truly love what we do and are currently seeking hardworking individuals to join our team. We are adding a crew to team, so we are looking for an experienced crew supervisor as well as ground crew members. Crew Supervisor: • Assures that the teams work is completed in the most productive and efficient manner. • Maintains work site safety for all persons and property throughout all assigned jobs. • Provides supervision and oversight of all tree crew activity. • 2+ years experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor or related experience in the tree service industry. • Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary. • Have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR. • Certified Arborist and ISA licenses are a plus. • Compensation: $20+ / hour depending on experience. Ground Crew: • Ground crew gathers trimmings and feeds into wood chipper. • If experienced with a chainsaw, may be asked to cut brush, logs and stumps on the ground. • Works with power equipment in a noisy environment (around machines, chain saws, wood chipper). • Use of PPE is required (supplied). • Ability to perform strenuous manual labor and work in all weather conditions. • Have reliable transportation to and from the show up location. • Compensation: $12-$18 / hour depending on experience. *** Benefits offered
