Primary responsibilities: • Change locks and make keys. • Trash out • Painting • Drywall Repair • Hanging blinds/light fixtures/smoke alarms • Laying tile Duties could include: • Assist in maintaining the grounds • Perform maintenance repairs. • Basic knowledge in areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
