Are you seriously looking for employment? Blue Ridge Preservation, Inc of Boone is looking for Quality, Experienced, Reliable, Full-time, Year-round, maintenance workers. The successful applicant/candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of property maintenance related work tasks including but not limited to the maintenance & repair of buildings and grounds in assigned areas, repair of residential housing units, community use buildings, on-site Spa & Hotel facilities located on the Art of Living Retreat Center & Blue Ridge Preservation property. Quality repair of doors, windows, building exteriors, basic electrical & plumbing repairs are examples of types of skills the qualified candidate should possess. Completion of assigned work order repair requests, minor appliance repair, reporting of any major maintenance needs & other duties as assigned by manager. Requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, moving, carrying, pushing & pulling of over 50lbs. Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends when necessary. Applicants must possess no less than 3-4 years of recent or active experience. Applications that do not possess the minimum qualification of 3-4 years recent or active experience will not be taken into consideration. Must be self-motivated, able to pass a background check & be reliable.
