Hi! I am a mom of an 8 year old daughter who’s entering 3rd grade at Mountain View this year. I’ve recently arranged my work schedule so that I have afternoons off to be able to pick her up from school @3:15pm. I would like to know if there are any moms or dads with children who go to that school who would benefit from some assistance picking their kids up. My SUV seats 5 in the back, one up front if he or she is older. I could drop off at a designated place such as the boys and girls club or YMCA or I could keep them at home for a couple of hours until you get off work and get them. I could also help with Whittier Elementary and/or Lowell Elementary kids since those schools are late start. Rate is negotiable, depending on needs. Would also be willing to barter with childcare swapping for particular days/times instead of financial payments…. Because it definitely takes a village!
