Licensed Plumber - Just Pull a Permit

We need a state licensed plumber to go pull us a permit to lay a new water line from the meter to the basement. We have had JULIE mark everything, we have the equipment to dig, and basically have everything lined up. The problem is that it's a rental we own, and not our primary residence, so cannot get the permit ourselves. We are going to do all the work, and just need someone to go downtown and get the permit. $100 for your time to go and fill out the one page form, and an additional $50 if you are willing to look at the site and advise us of particular fittings and double check that our plans will be up to code.
