Stray/Possibly Lost Cat

Description

This cat showed up on my neighbors porch last weekend and is still hanging around both my neighbors&my house. It is very friendly so i think it must have had an owner recently.(I live in the rose District area). Please feel free to share with other groups. unfortunately if it is not claimed or reunited with it's family i will have to take him to Animal Welfare. I am trying to contact rescues but i think a lot of them make the animals go through Animal welfare first in hopes they're reunited with their family. The rescues also cant guarantee that they will pull the cat from Animal Welfare.
