We currently have a Maintenance position available for our mobile home park in North Houston. Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Our pay rate is currently $14 to $16 per hour. This full-time position is 40 hours per week, and offer overtime for on-call weekend or emergencies. We are looking for honest, and hard-working applicants that will help serve our residents with excellence. Provided housing may be available after performance review (probation period) and based upon mobile home availability. Job Responsibilities Include: Working under direction of contractors and apartment manager. Routine maintenance (trash clean up throughout community) and landscaping (mowing and weed eating). General handyman duties. Timely completion of work orders. Quick response to emergencies. Job Requirements Qualifications: More than one (1) year experience in residential maintenance. Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring installation / repair, and HVAC. Lift and carry 30 lbs. Reliable vehicle to haul materials. Tools: Available for on-call emergencies.
