8 month red healer

I hate to do this but I’m looking for a forever home for Max, he was born December 2020, he is a red healer mix and needs a big yard to run and burn energy. We live in a apartment and cannot provide that for him. He is not aggressive twards other dogs he just thinks everyone and everything wants to play. He fetches and knows the commands sit, stay and wait. I love him to death and he is house trained and crate trained. Sleeps in the living room at night and is free to roam around during the day. Please help me find him a good loving home.
