Hi, we are seeking a dependable personable individual to clean the common areas of a Condo Association. Duties include insuring the entry ways, hallways, garage, sidewalks are always in a neat and orderly manner. This includes floor care, emptying garbage, cleaning glass doors, watering plants, letting contractors into building, etc. This job is for 2.5 hours Monday - Friday. We are flexible on the times but it must be between 8 am and 5 pm. Pay for this position is $16/hour There is a parking spot available for you.
