South Dakota Pork Loin and Turkey Leg Concession Stand Help Wanted. Our "Red Barn" stand has been at both events for +30 years. We offer award winning smoked and grilled products and are grateful for the many patrons that visit us year after year. We are looking for a few new employees that can work at one or both events. Top candidates are ones that are customer focused, willing to work long hours, and can work in a fun fast paced business as a team member in the kitchen building sandwiches and also as a server. Some help will also be needed setting up and packing up at both events. Restaurant experience is great but having the right attitude, honesty, making a firm commitment to be reliable for all scheduled times, and being willing to learn are the most important traits we look for.
