Maintaining office spaces and their parking lots. START TODAY!** Service Link is currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated and energetic Day Porter for various locations in the Valley. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must have a valid driver license Must have clean driving history Must be able to work independently Perform interior and exterior maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on provided checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris is removed from all areas of the facility. Empty and clean all trash urns and waste receptacles. Dust all exterior window sills, ledges, directory signs and mailboxes. Clean dumpster areas and keep free of debris and excess waste. Pick up trash & debris along all walks, parking areas and parking islands. Check conditions of safety items. Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager in a timely manner. Maintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain in uniform before and during scheduled shifts. Requirements: Porter experience a plus. Valid Arizona state Driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record. Must have RELIABLE transportation. Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, including daily work orders in the English language. Ability to lift over 50lbs.
