Job description Concrete Coatings Installer Cardinal Concrete Coatings is currently looking to add to our installation team to our fast growing business. We are looking for individuals who are experienced in installing concrete coatings. Applicants who have previous painting experience are highly desired. For the right candidate, we are willing to train. Must be dependable, detail oriented and have a good work ethic. In addition, you must be respectful to others, contribute positively to common goals and enjoy being a part of something bigger than yourself. Responsibilities: Ability to effectively use a large 30" grinder and a 7" hand grinder. Ability to brush on basecoat/topcoat with some detailed work performed on hands and knees. Knowledge of and ability to mix products with accuracy. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to work well with others. Requirements: Valid Drivers License. Reliable Transportation Positive Attitude Excellent customer service skills Understanding and passion for teamwork. Ability to work in extreme temperatures. Ability to work at a fast pace. Ability to lift 50+ lbs often. Ability to work 10-12 hours shifts and weekends if needed to complete job.
