Recycling Facility Operator

Green Station is seeking a full time Facility Operator at our local recycling plant. The main duties of this role include: • Manage and maintain the flow of incoming recyclable products • Process and prepare products for appropriate recycling mediums • Direct the flow and work of day laborers, and maintain safety in the facility • General building, grounds and equipment maintenance • Manage sales and/or transportation of outgoing product The qualifications for this role include: • Ability to operate large machinery • Ability to problem solve and prioritize • Experience operating a skid steer is preferred • Safety minded work ethic Compensation is competitive and benefits include health care membership, vacation and sick time, holiday pay, and uniforms.
