compensation: Weekly pay: Pay Range $10-$13 per hour. Employment Type: Part-time Contract Work We specialize in performing move-out cleans for rental properties in Little Rock and surrounding areas. The homes are completely vacant and unfurnished. We provide a detailed cleaning checklist for all our cleaners. We need cleaners with apartment move-out or rental property experience that are professional, excellent communicators, and produce quality work. Job is fast paced and requires lots of physical labor. Must be physically able to climb steps, pull appliances, climb a 2-step ladder etc. Cleaning jobs are typically assigned one or two days in advance and must be performed on a specific date. Must be available to work Monday - Friday and possibly some Saturday's between the hours of 9a-5p. Must be 18 years of age, have valid State ID, Clean background check, and reliable transportation.
