FLOORING INSTALLER This is a fast paced environment with a phenomenal team in a company with a strong vision and road map. Currently at 3 locations, the company is looking to become a $100m plus national player in the next 5-10 years and needs a great reliable team to do it! We are looking for the next Great Team Member! GENERAL DUTIES INSTALLER DUTIES: • Tear carpet, existing pad, lvt plank, and vinyl • Lay/install new carpet, pad, lvt plank, and vinyl • Tear out and install new tack strip • Vacuum carpet • Sweep vinyl and plank areas • Move appliances before and after flooring is installed • Move furniture before and after flooring is installed • Load garbage into van, truck, or dumpster • Unload old carpet into carpet trailer • Bail old pad • Measure for cuts • Cut carpet, vinyl, and lvt plank boxes, Level/Salary range: Hourly Minimum Wage + Performance Pay Physical demands: Must be able to exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects across uneven surfaces and up multiple levels of stairs.
