Concrete Finisher/Laborer Come work with one of our clients as a concrete crew on various projects to construct poured walls, set footings, foundations, sidewalks, and floors for commercial building projects. On-Site Staffing Services is seeking Concrete Finisher. The Concrete Finisher works to ensure all concrete work is accurate to specifications and exceeds quality expectations of the General Contractor. Also seeking Concrete Laborer. The Concrete Laborer supports the finishers by assisting in hand troweling, mixing concrete, puddling/place concrete, getting materials and supplies, and performs other duties as directed by their foreman. Concrete Finisher/Laborer To be successful, the Concrete Finisher must have a strong work ethic and be very quality minded. Concrete Finisher/Laborer · 1 – 2 years’ experience with residential/commercial concrete (but willing to train the right candidate · 2 – 3 years’ experience as a concrete finisher · Willingness to learn and follow instructions. · Must be able to use all hand tools of the trade safely & proficiently. · Practice good carpentry skills · Ability to perform high quality work at a fast pace. · Must be willing and able to work long hours & weekends. · Must be safety always oriented. · Strong work ethic (dependable, excellent attendance, trustworthy) · Ability to work well with others. · Must have a reliable means of transportation and transportation to and from work. · Ability to operate motorized equipment (not required but a plus); skid steer, all terrain forklift, walk behind trowel, ride on trowel, edger. · Good carpentry skills are a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
