Sound engineer needed for live shows

We're a 7 piece band with horns. We have a great P.A. and just need someone to run it at the gigs where we provide our own sound. We're looking for an easy going and competent individual with experience who can help set-up and tear down as well. We offer an even split of gig revenue, so you'd basically be the 8th band member. A lot of our gigs are at places that offer sound, so you would not be needed at those. It's hard to say what the workload will be because we just had two shows cancelled due to Covid concerns, but last weekend we had a show that paid $1,200 and next weekend we have one that pays $700 with both requiring sound. I doubt we'd take any show that paid less than $700, and will hopefully be getting some that pay more than $1200, but I can't guarantee anything besides an even split.
