Hello East Bay Families, happy Summer! I am an ex-Nanny turned Executive Assistant who was laid off due to the pandemic earlier this year. I am looking to make a career shift into teaching Pilates, and while I am in school am looking for a family to babysit/nanny for in the East Bay. I live in Oakland (Laurel) and would love to find a family locally to care for. I was a nanny/childcare extraordinare who has worn many hats including camp counselor, jewish religious school teacher, special needs assistant, etc. I left childcare to get into tech a decade ago, but I really miss working with children. I also love animals, so if you have pets that's a plus. I have experience with children infant to teens. I drive a very safe 2019 Toyota Tacoma full size truck, and have valid clean drivers license/insurance. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Bachelor's degree in Dance. I can cook meals for your family as well either free hand or with a recipe you specify. I'm also happy to grocery shop. I have experience traveling domestically and internationally with past families and would love the opportunity to make your vacation more enjoyable and relaxed. I am working on my high school spanish via duolingo and would love to work on spanish with the kids if applicable Looking to work 15 -30 hours a week, and also available to date night babysitting and sleepovers only.
