We install epoxies, underlayments, and polished concrete floors and are based in Tukwila, WA but our jobsites are typically in Seattle. We are looking for people with experience in the construction industry, but experience is not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time position. The experiences below are advantageous but not required: - Grinding and removing concrete - Epoxy and/or urethane mortars. - Trowel related trade experience (i.e. concrete finisher). - Concrete prep (grinders, chipping gun, concrete saw). - Placement and/or finishing of concrete and/or self-leveler. - Decorative concrete. - Related industry experience (carpet and VCT installation, etc.). We are looking for people with the following characteristics: - Great Communication Skills. - Reliable Transportation. - Ability to work in a Team Environment. - Ability to work Flexible Schedule (weekends, nights, long hours). - Able to lift up to at least 50 lbs.
