Mid-sized commercial general contractor in Auburn seeks shop and yard person to support construction activities on 8 – 10 jobsites at various locations in the south end King/Pierce County. Duties will include: · Equipment and material deliveries to project sites · Servicing small equipment · Coordinating maintenance and repairs of vehicles · Organizing and tracking equipment and inventory · Purchasing equipment and tools for field operations · Fixing stuff – office handyman repairs · Maintaining office trailers and vaults Job requirements: · Good driving record · Forklift operator · Agile and able to lift 50# · Small engine mechanic – a plus · Handy with tools · Basic understanding of construction Salary DOE, Excellent benefits including medical, dental and 401K.
