Seattle Staffing LLC is seeking a FULL TIME Commercial Property Maintenance Associate to add to our team! We help take care of 10 commercial properties, which include retail shops, office space, and a carwash, so there is always something going on. We are looking for an honest, dependable, self-starter with a great attitude - you'll get one of the most interesting jobs you've ever had! Current Schedule is 7:30a-4:00p, Tues-Sat, but schedule may be flexible for the right candidate. ** You'll also receive a signing bonus of $250 once you've reached your 60th day of employment! Responsibilities and Duties - Perform minor maintenance and repair work - Cleaning restrooms, lunchrooms and offices at multiple locations - Help keep interior/exterior spaces looking neat - Upkeep of our car wash facility including - Reporting mechanical issues - Resolving customer issues - Cleaning car wash facility - Help with special projects as needed Requirements: - Able to climb, stoop, bend, and kneel in the performance of maintenance duties - Lift up to 50lbs on occasion - Self-starter but able to take directions as part of a team - Must be at least 21 years of age - Valid Driver’s license with good driving record - Able to pass background check Nice to have: - Commercial facilities maintenance experience - Plumbing, construction, or electrical skills - We hire veterans - Se Habla Español Company Benefits: - Competitive pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Identity Theft and Pet Insurance available - Free Carwashes for Employees - Sick and Vacation Accruals For more information, click here: Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
