The primary focus of each GCT employee is taking the stress of travel away from our clients and providing them with safety and security as we pay attention to every detail, no matter how large or small the job is. 🚍 Experienced Motor Coach Drivers It is the primary responsibility of the CDL chauffeur to provide courteous & professional services to our clients. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation to every client, on every trip Research trip information prior to scheduled trip Maintain clean and safe vehicle between runs Provide services in accordance with training and specifications Maintain a clean MVR Consistent punctuality Add value to, and assist with, reaching company goals by taking ownership in your position, and assisting with other responsibilities as needed Maintaining up to date and accurate daily driver logs in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain up to date Med Card on you at all times 🎩 Chauffeurs (insurance requires you must be over 25 years of age) It is the primary responsibility of the Chauffeur to provide courteous & professional services to our clients. This perk is available one time per year and is based on a rolling calendar year. Dental Reimbursement – Share your smile with everyone! Full-time GCT employees will be reimbursed up to $150 on a rolling calendar year for healthy cleaning visits by your choice of providers. Fitness Club Reimbursement – Fitness Club Reimbursement The Fitness Club Reimbursement Program was created to encourage wellness and positive lifestyle choices to improve your health. GCT will reimburse all employees $15/month for their membership to a fitness club. Eye Care Reimbursement – Taking care of our eyes and our vision helps us see the world with more clarity! Therefore, GCT will reimbursement full-time employees for up to $100/year for eye care costs including eye exams, eye glass or contact purchases, eye surgery, etc. Entry Fee Reimbursement Plan – We want our employees to get moving, and what a better way than for the company to reimbursement all employees for their registration fees to marathons, half-marathons, triathlons, etc. GCT will reimburse up to $75/year for the cost incurred for registration fees to these kinds of competitions. Fitness Shoes Reimbursement – If you are running, you’ll need the proper shoes to ensure you are keeping your body safe and in shape! Therefore, GCT will reimburse all employees up to $75/year for the purchase of tennis shoes. Smoking Cessation Bonus – We care about our employees’ health. Therefore, we are introducing a smoking cessation bonus, which rewards employees for successfully completing a certified smoking cessation program. Uniform Assistance – All GCT employees are eligible for up to $100 uniform assistance after successful completion of their introductory period, which is generally 90 days. GCT offers all employees a reimbursement of up to $50 on a rolling calendar year at new restaurants to recommend to our clients. Company Outings – GCT understands the importance of coming together as a team, spending time outside of work to enjoy each other’s company. There are several team-building events scheduled throughout the year that all GCT employees are encouraged to attend. Events include baseball and hockey games, fair tickets, a light tour during the holidays and much more.
