4 year old Female Bully/Pit needs help and a new home

So, this is the deal. This dog's owner gave up a long time ago, well, let's say they never really tried. She's not house trained. She's destructive. She has a terrible skin disorder and her back is toast from scratching it. The breeder cut her ears, which makes her look terrifying to most. She's not fixed and I cannot tell you if shes up to date on her shots. The owner paid a lot of money for a puppy. Then puppy grew up. Now we are at the crossroads. I'm just recently introduced in this dog's life and no one in the household is willing to take the time, or money, to help this poor girl out. I am, but I have very little of both and she can no longer stay in the house. Shelters are booked and no one we have reached out to is willing to take her in. This sounds rough, and it is. She needs someone who can dedicate themselves to her. Shes a lot of work, but has extreme potential to be great. I've taken her on walks and shes good, excitable and friendly. She's great around other dogs, no issues other than she goes buck wild. But, she doesn't approach dogs at fences or raise a hair when they bark on our walks. She lives with a small, 14 year old male lab mix and walks all over the poor guy. He's been fed up with her, honestly. She does not mess with the male Maine Coon. He handles his own and she tip toes around him. Shes fantastic around children. Zero issues, she's been raised with two boys, ages 4 and 5. Food bowl. She passed the hand test with both me and the boys, many times. She does not like the other dog around her bowl, however. We have chickens. Shes never hurt them, but LOVES to chase them. She once dug up a rabbit's nest and proceeded to remove each one and clean them one by one as she went. Any animal furniture, or blanket, or toy that she touches is quick to be destroyed. However, she does not mess with furniture, other than to scratch her back on it. She's totally fine with dog clothes. She adores her pink dress. She is beautiful and a total gummy bear. She's so sweet and just wants to be cuddled, but is a monster. If you know of anyone who can help or would like to adopt her yourself, please do not hesitate. We're not asking for any money. Just a proper home for this dog.
