I can book real bands worldwide $ But FIRST How to tell if you are in a real band or in a backing band. 1. Who pays for the rehearsal space and time all of you or one guy 2. Who is deciding the songs you play. All of you or one guy 3. Who is writing your original music. All of you or one guy 4. Who is paying for your recording time. All of you or one guy 5. Who calls and looks for gigs. All of you or one guy 6. Who does the set up and teardown Of lights PA systems etc. etc. etc. for the gigs. All of you or one guy 7. Do you wake up every day focused on your band and passionate about moving forward? Or do you have other projects and you just leave the passion to the "one guy" 8. Who hustles to get the name of the band out? Posting it everywhere they can think of daily!!!!! Promoting promoting promoting All of you… or "one guy"? If it's ONE..... then you should thank the one guy who is doing everything. And accept the fact that you're not in a real BAND... because you don't contribute. Just an observation from a lifelong musician who traveled the world and has recently retired And has moved into Mgmt/booking A town full of musicians that are partially committed to several projects instead of committed to one Where would Van Halen/motley Crue/Metallica etc etc Be today... if they had that kind of attitude back when they were coming up The formula has been around for a long time. "Real Bands!!!! " I can get you stages making good money. But I can't do that if you are in a backing band. Even if you are the one guy doing everything.. Real bands are a group of like-minded people focused How many local bands fit the criteria above? Lol Five years ago was my last tour in Europe. I have played in so many major cities throughout the world I will surely miss being on stage I miss real bands😶 I can book real bands
