chisca was stolen from my cousins driveway on 7/19/2021. there is camera footage that has been posted all over Facebook and different dog groups. this man removed the puppys collar and took her. my cousin spotted the guy near the KFC on Dysart and van Buren but he was closer to the freeway and got away. I made an updated poster so she can post them around the KFC to see if anyone recognizes him. Someone made a comment that sometimes people put on a shirt to make people think they work there when they actually don’t (which can be true) because it looks like he has on boots they type that are used for construction. But seeing the guy feet away made my cousin have hope that she will get her puppy back.
