7/31 (posting early-not 7/22) This is a sale for those who need to furnish their primary home or beach home with kitchen appliances, TVs, dining room and end tables, other antique furniture, wall hangings, DVDs/DVD players, etc. etc. etc. -- to fill in the corners. There Are Very Few < 12 year old/young child items. ***** IF YOU HAVE A 12-18 year old in competitive dance there is a COLLECTION OF EXQUISITE DANCE APPAREL SUITABLE FOR FEMALE DANCER (Lyrical/Jazz/Open); $50-75 each/$450 for all 10 of the costumes. (They were all between $150-$400, new and if you had a dancer in the family, you know they are only worn about 5-6 times, so they are in great condition.) In addition, there's matching earrings, chokers, hair pieces that go with each; ($4-7 each; $75 for all 20 of them). Yes, you can call in advance of the yard sale to purchase, however, only if you're interested in purchasing all of the costumes or all of the jewelry. $500 for all costume/jewelry plus a Kaboodle. There is a separate craigslist posting for the dance apparel. This sale is on ALMOND BLOSSOM (sometimes shows up on google as Apple Blossom); you can park on Peckham Street, as well, if necessary. 8 AM - Noon; anything not sold will be held for week-before-move sale in September.
