SEEN Small white and tan/brown dog with blue collar

2105 E. Ponderosa Drive near Mobile Avenue, Camarillo CA

Description

I saw a small white and tan/brown dog with a blue collar running around Ponderosa Village around 5:10pm on Friday July 22nd. It was skittish and ran from people. It turned west in to the front parking lot of the Villa Palazzo apartments on the corner of Ponderosa and Mobile. May have been the same dog that was running around the area aroundy July 4th last year that lives over near the bowling alley but I'm not sure.
