Cross country travel in RV for book promotion

I am considering taking about a 2-3 month cross country trip in an RV for book promotion. I am in the final stages of revising my manuscript for a self-help book. I am hoping to have it published by mid-2022, if not sooner. I would like to hire someone who can help me drive the R.V., and who can support me/help me with event set-up, and sales of my book. I plan on stopping at many towns along the route to conduct short seminars/discuss my book, and may do some media appearances. I think that it will be safer to have someone travel with me, and I could use support with event set-up, and sales.
