Newman Homes is a growing custom home building company, building homes mostly around the Augusta area. We are looking for a Concrete Sub-Contractor to add to our team of subcontractors, starting with pouring an almost 2000 square foot foundation for a duplex with a two-car garage. There is no basement with house. It will have footers with 4’ frost walls. Foundation plans are currently available on request. Sub will need to complete a Sub-Contractor agreement, W-9 and provide proof of liability and workers comp insurance. If interested, please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience.
