#1 Smaller Front Porch/Deck needing Redone/Rebuilt using what ever materials are still useable plus new materials. #2 Back Porch New Door replaced. #3 Back Porch inside walls redone. #4 A thru the wall air-conditioner taken out and the hole that's left filled in. #5 A large flat screen TV bolted to the TV stand. #6 Larger water fall built outside redone so it works (cleaned up/new liner/new hoses/new pump etc) #7 Pull IVY off on front tree about 9-15 feet up. #8 Small shed needing fixed up including a new door new roof sealed from insects etc. #9 replace some molding/trim around inside door. #10 take out old planter and smooth soil out.
