5 small size multi unit apartment complexes looking for a maintenance person to take care unit pouching, candidate need to have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting. candidate need to work 8-10 hours a day, Monday -Friday and must be available for emergency calls in the weekend. Candidate must have their own tools and a reliable transportation.
