Job Description Join the excitement with Synergy's team of professionals to help provide energy efficiency programs, provided through the utility companies and at no cost to the customer, in order to help the utility providers meet their energy efficiency goals. Our San Diego office serves as a central hub for servicing utility customers throughout San Diego county. We are also expanding our AC Repair services, AC Repair experience is a plus. Technicians are provided a company vehicle and tools, go to 3-4 appointments each day; installing HVAC/Electrical/weatherization product. Full time position. Looking for hard working motivated individuals with excellent customer service. HVAC experience a big plus, training provided. $40k-$80k Duties/Expectations(training provided): *Become proficient in HVAC efficiency tune-up services / Repair *Testing and sealing of ducting system *Installation of weatherization (weatherstrip, door shoes, etc) *Properly complete required paperwork *Attend company meetings as required *Be responsible for company equipment and vehicles *Report on status of each scheduled appointment *Provide top quality customer service Skills/Qualifications: *High school graduate strongly preferred *EPA Certification (training available) *Clean driving record and valid driver's license *Ability to work with your hands *Bilingual a plus Some Benefits Include: *Health benefits available for full-time employees *Employee's insurance is covered with option of family coverage to be added at employee's expense *Company 401k matching plan available after one year of employment *Paid vacation available after 1 year of employment *Compensation: Training 15/hr (2 weeks to 2 months, depending on experience) After training our technicians *make $40k to $80k annually To apply please send you resume to the craigslist email link above.
