Need Location For Future Yard Sales

We live in an apartment and are looking for a place to have occasional yard sales, preferably in Chino Valley. Would like to go in with someone at their location and advertise as multi-family yard sale. There is no hurry. Once we establish a location, would like it to be an occasional, ongoing activity.
