Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician Compensation: $30 - $35/HR+ (DOE) 401K Plus Matching $2,000 Signing Bonus Start Date: Immediate Shop Location: Andover, MN Meschke Construction is seeking a hard-working and reliable Property Maintenance Technician with skilled to expert level of experience to join our team of professionals. You will work on various projects and service work for a wide variety of clientele throughout the Twin Cities and Surrounding Areas. A work vehicle will be provided for you to get to and from the shop to the jobsite. We are offering competitive pay with experience, along with a 401K and matching. Construction Laborer Responsibilities - Following directions and plans from your supervisor/manager. - Handling client’s questions and requests with respect and professionalism. - Managing work orders from start to finish. - Maintain an organized work vehicle. - Track expenses and turning in receipts to the office. Construction Laborer Skills - Ability to work in a team environment. - Able to stay self-motivated if asked to perform work on your own. - Confident handling extension ladders and heights. - Trim/Finish Work, - Install Drywall (Taping, Mudding, and Finishing), - Painting, - Flooring, - Exterior Siding and Roofing, - Window and Door Installation - Light Electrical is preferred, but not required. - Light Plumbing is preferred, but not required. Requirements - Must have own vehicle to drive to and from our office. - Must have a valid, clean MN State Driver’s License - Must always display a positive attitude. - Must have own set of basic hand tools and tool belt. - Must be willing to join On-Call rotation (If applicable). - Will be compensated accordingly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
