Description
Looking for motivated, reliable, skilled maintenance tech to work at portfolio of apartments in the Westlake / Pico Union / Koreatown area of Los Angeles. Must have car and own tools. Minimum 5+ years experience. Health benefits available after successful completion of probationary period.
Hours: 9am to 6pm - M to F
Pay: $18-$22/hr
