Stable property management company needs a full-time custodian for main office. $15/hr; depending on experience Job Duties include, but not limited to: • Clean and sanitize - restrooms: inside and out including but not limited to urinals, toilets, mirrors, and sinks. - lunchroom: refrigerators, sinks, and countertops • Maintain and supply restrooms with towels, soap, etc. • Collect and dispose of trash and separate recyclable items Must Have: • Valid Driver’s License • A vehicle to be used for work • Authorization to work in the US • Available to work Monday-Friday If interested please call or text (213) 399-3454
