DO NOT apply to this job, unless you're into being debased and manipulated (not judging; if that's your thing, go wide). Bobby gets off on abusing young, pretty women. In fact, I've seen him scream at and manipulate older men and women. He spends half the year in Mexico abusing young women, paying them very little, and complains that the women here in the US are not as easily manipulated. You don't need to take an unpaid position to get hours or experience. There are plenty of boats that will take on inexperienced stews for an hourly rate ($15-20 plus tips). I post this trying to protect others. I have no horse in this race, and only wish happiness and safety for future crew.
